Description:
The Facing Forward Survivorship Education Program addresses the post treatment educational and emotional needs of cancer survivors and their families. An advocacy component for survivors is included as well. The program is disseminated and evaluated through partnerships with cancer organizations, patient service organizations, advocacy groups, and health providers.
